- curious about further exploration around topics such as: emotions, coping strategies, reprogramming limiting beliefs and false narratives, grief, forgiveness, and empathy for self and others
- desiring to deepen your connections using conscious and compassionate communication
- committed to your OWN journey
OUR FOCUS: restoring, rebuilding, redesigning (Phase II and III)
WHAT TO EXPECT: continued support with more accountability, proven techniques to help you transition from fear to empowered living, expand your capacity to better manage external disrupts and distractions with steadiness and ease, and deepen awareness and understanding for Self and others, develop skills to better communicate authentically with empathy and compassion
