Yoga for Lymphatic Flow with Shelley Crane

We will start this 8 week series, focusing on the upper extremities, with education on the lymphatic system. You will learn more about what it is and how it assists your body. We will progress in the series with learning self-massage techniques and then some movement which will assist lymphatic flow. We will take into consideration where each person’s lymph nodes may be impaired and make modifications specifically for you to ensure you are making the correct modifications for your body. Each session will end  integrating with yoga nidra. Spaces are limited for those who may be prone to get lymphedema or those who have mild, well managed lymphedema.
