Origins of Intentional Living:
August 31 @ 12:30 pm
$25Growing Capacity for Trauma Response in Your Living Space
Humans are natural meaning-makers. When we have secure attachments and self-
regulation, we experience a sense of safety. Our bodies prioritize meeting our
needs, and when the items in our homes fulfill these needs and foster a sense of
connection, our living spaces remain organized and harmonious.
However, losing connection or feeling uncertain about our relationship with our
belongings can lead to chaos and clutter. Often, we accumulate excess items in an
attempt to satisfy unmet or unrecognized needs. This can sometimes be the result
of trauma or generational conditioning and stress.
