Hello! I’m Chrissy, a Trauma-Informed Movement Specialist with a deep passion for helping people connect with their bodies. Since starting my journey in fitness back in 1995, I’ve combined my 29 years of experience as a personal trainer with applied neurology and movement techniques to create a safe space for exploring and improving movement and building full body strength. My approach focuses on understanding the emotions held in the body and fostering a sense of wholeness through the nervous system.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that fitness is more than just physical activity; it’s about aligning with the best way to move and live. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking for a pain-free day, I work from the inside out, helping you find strength and balance by reconnecting with a deeper awareness of Self. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoying outdoor activities like golf and paddle boarding. My love for learning keeps me exploring new techniques and modalities to enhance movement and body healing (& sometimes I go down that rabbit hole of education). Guided by a Christ-centered approach, I meet you where you are, providing a non-judgmental space to rediscover your authentic self and embrace a healthy, energized lifestyle.

Dani M. Peterson
Dani is an ICF Accredited and Certified Life Coach, APSATS Certified Partner Coach, Certified AM Yoga Therapist, Certified Integral Breath Facilitator, Certified Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator and a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher. She is also Certified in The Shipp MethodTM of Christ-Centered Trauma Recovery.
Using a compassion-based approach and soulful inquiry, Dani integrates her coaching skills with several holistic wellness practices, combined with the neuroscience of trauma and addiction. She provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore and find peace in the midst of life’s challenging moments. Her work is distinctive and tailored to meet clients where they’re at, keeping them unstuck and moving forward so they can learn to: trust their intuition, restore confidence and self-esteem, quiet the incessant mind chatter, get clear on their next steps, and experience being more grounded and rooted in life and love from a place of authenticity and wholeness.
