Hello! I’m Chrissy, a Restorative Strength Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people trust their bodies and build strength inside and out. My journey began in 1995, and since then, I’ve combined my background in personal training, applied neurology, and mobility techniques to create a space where you can safely explore, improve, and strengthen your body.
I believe that fitness is about more than just working out—it's about aligning with the most effective way to move and live. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking for a pain-free day, my approach focuses on understanding the emotions held in the body and fostering a sense of wholeness through the nervous system.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoying outdoor activities like golf and paddle boarding & pickleball. My love for learning keeps me exploring new techniques and modalities to enhance movement and body healing (& love to geek out on how the body works on a brain-based level).
