We will explore them individually and then put them all together for a better way for you to move your body every day.

October 26th 6:00-8:00pm Accuracy (a journey around your visual system/eye)
November 11th 11:00-1:00 Balance ( no tight ropes but maybe an imaginary balance beam)
December 2nd 11:00-1:00 is all about Coordination and putting it all together.
Come PLAY with me and bring the safety of movement back to your body and or see how to increase your strength with some simple drills!
